Wow! You really ‘wowed’ us with your generosity! Through your gifts, Wee Can Know raised over $3,000*. Even-though the Give NOLA website went down for 10 hours during the campaign, you persevered and did not allow the website to stop your generosity.
Did we win any prizes? We will not know the winners until they complete the entries of donations called and emailed in.* So, maybe we did?????!!!!! Not sure, we hope so! However, our kids did win, because you made it possible for us to keep going with His story.
Your support helps us reach out to the vulnerable children in Greater New Orleans and beyond like Lindsey. Lindsey showed up early for our neighborhood Good News Club® and chatted away. In her conversation, she shared how her mother recently went to jail and that her father deserted her family and is also in jail. We provided her with love, hope, and prayers. We plan to reach out to her family. Through our Good News Club, Lindsey will learn how to trust Christ as Savior and how to walk with Him each day. She represents one of the many kids that attend our weekly programs or special outreach. Thank you for helping us teach them about Jesus. We look forward to seeing her today!

*Greater New Orleans Foundation will report to us asap the gifts that donors called or emailed in. They continue to update the database while they follow-up with phone calls, emails, and pledge forms. They hope to complete process within the next two weeks, please pray for them. Unfortunately, we will not know the donations called in until they complete the process or the winners of the contests.
