About:
Mya presently completed her sophomore year at Leavell College with a major in counseling. She is a member at First Baptist Church of Chalmette. Mya and her identical twin sister, Mia, have volunteered with Wee Can Know in Good News Clubs, Preschool Clubs, Parade ministry, and various outreaches over the years.
Mya completed Child Evangelism Fellowship’s Teaching Children Effectively Level 1 certified course and also their Teaching Preschoolers certified course.
When Wee Can Know needed someone to continue the ministry in Greater New Orleans, Mya was a qualified candidate for the job. Her love for children and the Lord shine through in all she does. We love how she takes initiative and goes beyond the call of duty.
